my human-wisdom is informing my reality, rather than Scripture, which says that Jesus is Lord of All — behind everyone and everything. My human-wisdom knows best, together with the human-wisdom of others. All atheists know what’s best. Jesus-dependents haven’t a clue what’s best, but trust that Jesus knows, and delivers the best. Every. Time. My human-wisdom sits in judgment of Jesus’ genius plan, because human-wisdom knows what’s best. Human-wisdom is the root of all unhappiness. And the reason we human-wisdom-dependent Christians are so uncompelling to the seculars around us.

What can we Christians DO when our human-wisdom-dependency is exposed to us, by Jesus’ Spirit? CONFESS. Ahhh.
