weighed down by an unsolved problem, issue, challenge, decision, until after it’s solved/fixed, and I feel suddenly lighter.  A ShepherdDave experience.  DumbSheepDave never feels the weight of the world on his shoulders, because he has his Shepherd’s yoke, light as a feather.  No problems, no ownership.  Shepherd Jesus’ problem, job.  Ahhh.

Being a clueless, childlike, dependent sheep is the best thing in the whole wide world.  Profound relaxation.  No hurry.  Always a fruit of the Spirit’s convicting me of the sin of independence.  Always temporary.  Whyzat?  World, flesh, devil, wooing me back to independence/self-confidence/self-reliance/judge/competitor/over-achiever/hurried/prideful, trying to prove myself worthy apart from Jesus.
